The Story of The Sultana Tulipia is from Les Fleurs Anime (The Flowers Personified), a book published in 1847 with 54 etched and hand-coloured botanic illustrations depicting an enchanting world of flower ladies. Unfortunately this story doesn't end too well for the beautiful Tulipia who is beautiful but lacks sense (scents).
